We do not offer discounts on the enrolment fee. For participants who are self-sponsored, without corporate sponsorship, we extend the facility of paying the enrolment fee in two instalments. Alternatively, you will find the facility of paying the fee in EMIs ranging from 3 to 18 months while you register for the program on our website. This facility is being offered by the various banks.
Currently, programs are being offered as trainer-led, virtual sessions. We have not planned for any face- to- face programs, at least for the next few months.
Yes, the programs are full-day sessions. The MBTI® and FIRO-B® certification programs are conducted from 10 am to 6 pm. The Saville Accreditation Program runs from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm and the SII® Certification program is conducted from 10 am to 5.30 pm

On successful completion of the certification, the certificates will be issued by the publishers of the respective assessments. Please note that the MBTI® and FIRO-B® Certification Programs include examinations which would need to be cleared with an 80% aggregate score
Your own reports would be part of the program pre-course work. After certification, the assessments would need to be purchased as per requirements.
The certifications are valid for life.
There is an option to retake the examination at a nominal additional fee.
No, the certificate does not mention that you have completed the certification through a retake. Neither does it indicate the scores.
You can transfer to another similar program during the same calendar year. The transfer request would need to be communicated through email at least two weeks ahead of the program date
Not all the resources are available in the soft copy format. Some of them will be shared as hard copies too, except for the Saville program, for which resources are all in the soft copy format.
