Saville’s nuanced expert reports (Wave® for behavioural assessments and Aptitude for ability assessments) have been the market standard for over a decade (27/30 stars in an independent BPS review). When you add a Saville® certification to your portfolio, you can add value by:
- Measuring talent and predicting performance with great accuracy, and enhancing the validity of the selection process

Sivakami, heads the Saville Assessment Practice at Anahat and is a Master trainer for the Saville Accreditation Program. She has over 20 years of experience in consulting roles and has been working with psychometrics since 2011. She is also a master trainer for the Strong Interest Inventory® and a trained coach and a certified practitioner of the MBTI®, FIRO®, DPI®, Resilience Questionnaire® and Hogan®.
Mahesh, is a Founder Director at Anahat and a Master trainer for several psychometrics including the MBTI®, FIRO®, Strong Interest Inventory®, CPI260, DPI® and the Saville suite of assessments. He is also certified on the Resilience Questionnaire®, EQ-i 2.0, and a coach.
Janaki,is a Founder Director at Anahat and a Master trainer for several psychometrics including the MBTI®, FIRO®, Strong Interest Inventory®, CPI260, DPI® and the Saville suite of assessments. She is also certified on the Resilience Questionnaire®, EQ-i 2.0, and is an Executive Coach with over 1000 hours of coaching experience.

Confirmation of nomination
- Full payment of the enrolment fee or a valid purchase order (in the case of an organization sponsored nomination) would be required prior to the certification program.
Cancellations
- There would be no refund of the enrolment fee for any of the certification programs. You may nominate another person to take your place (provided they meet the course pre-requisite requirements). Anahat would need to be informed in writing regarding the substitution at least two weeks ahead of program date. Alternatively, you may choose the option to transfer your nomination.
- There will be no refund for a “No-show”.
Transfer of Nomination
- Transfer to a similar certification program during the same calendar year is possible. Anahat would need to be informed in writing regarding the transfer at least a week ahead of program date.
- No transfer fee would be applicable for the first transfer. A fee of 5% of the enrolment fee would be applicable for subsequent transfers. Any differential in the enrolment fee would also need to be paid.
- Two transfers are possible within a calendar year.
General Terms
- Details of the design and content of certification programs may be subject to change without prior notice.
- Anahat reserves the right to cancel a certification program for any reason. In the case of cancellation of a program, participants will have the option of transferring their nomination to the next suitable program within the following 12 months.
