Today’s organization often spans four generations, and popular literature likes to highlight the tensions between them. Despite the countless popular articles and books about the differences between Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millenials, and Gen Z, the empirical research tells us something quite different.
Whether you’re a team leader, HR professional, L& D expert, or business manager, join Dr. Gail Fann Thomas, conflict management expert and co-author of the TKI® Team Report, as she leads a conversation about how to harvest differences in a multigenerational organization to create a collective edge.
In this webinar, we will address:
-
The latest research about intergenerational conflict – focusing on misconceptions vs. reality
-
Alternative lenses for viewing multigenerational differences
-
Practical strategies for addressing issues involving a multigenerational workforce – using a real-world case example

Anahat’s ‘Re-Think’ Webinar Series are both perspective builders and perspective shifters. The ‘Re-Think’ webinars will invite speakers to talk on subjects that seem obvious but yet not quite so obvious, about things that we know and don’t quite know enough about. They are for the curious, for the seekers, for those willing to let themselves be challenged by a different perspective. They are short! 90 minutes. An hour of talk followed by a half hour of what got triggered by the talk. They are meant to be conversations of the kind Theodore Zeldin wrote about, “… one which you start with a willingness to emerge a slightly different person”
