“All leaders have both an agenda they’re driving and an agenda that’s driving them.” Robert Kegan, McKinsey Quarterly
As organizations navigate a world that is more volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) than ever before, they increasingly look to their people—especially their leaders—to meet new and evolving challenges. Yet, while expectations continue to rise, many adults find themselves facing a significant gap between these demands and their current capacity for complexity. Bridging this gap through ongoing growth and development is especially vital for those in leadership positions.
Join our upcoming webinar, where we will delve into key questions such as:
-
What does decades of research reveal about how adults grow and develop over time?
-
How do leaders make transformative leaps to higher levels of effectiveness?
-
What practical strategies can help foster and accelerate these crucial transformations?
We invite you to be part of this important conversation on unlocking greater potential in yourself and your organization.

Anahat’s ‘Re-Think’ Webinar Series are both perspective builders and perspective shifters. The ‘Re-Think’ webinars will invite speakers to talk on subjects that seem obvious but yet not quite so obvious, about things that we know and don’t quite know enough about. They are for the curious, for the seekers, for those willing to let themselves be challenged by a different perspective. They are short! 90 minutes. An hour of talk followed by a half hour of what got triggered by the talk. They are meant to be conversations of the kind Theodore Zeldin wrote about, “… one which you start with a willingness to emerge a slightly different person”
