The FIRO-B® instrument has been developed to explain how personal needs affect interpersonal relationships. It can serve as a powerful tool in your coaching toolkit to support your clients with an expanded understanding of their behaviour and the impact they have on their interpersonal relationships.
The focus of this session will be on drawing insights from the FIRO® assessment to gauge interpersonal compatibility.
