Impact driven by choice, not habit
Leaders in senior management roles have very different expectations from coaching and feedback than other managerial roles in the organisation.
This suggests that our conversations must begin with impact—the impact leaders are expected to create by aligning their leadership style with the strategic outcomes their organizations demand.
Executives value insights that help them discern where they should be placing their energy, how they can adapt their style across contexts, and what shifts are needed to elevate organizational performance. The goal is not development in the traditional sense, but strategic alignment—matching leadership expression to the unique challenges and opportunities at hand.
When we offer leaders reliable and actionable feedback that connects what they can actually do (or shift) in order to align with intended impact areas, leaders readily step into the developmental invitation.

And that's where transformation begins.
Warm regards, Sivakami
