Abhay facilitates programs in Individual and Organizational Effectiveness. He has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Pune University and a Master's degree in PM&IR from TISS, Mumbai. His rich and varied experience over the last 25 years covers assignments in General Management, HR, and Consulting. This includes designing and setting up HR systems for startups in India and the USA, running an HR-BPO business and heading an HR consulting practice, to name a few. Since late 2007, Abhay has been working as an independent consultant.
Abhay has worked in the field of Assessment for over 15 years and has been involved in setting up and running Assessment and Development Centers for almost 10 years. He is formally trained in psychometric testing, certified at Level B Intermediate, by the British Psychological Society, and in Assessment Centres, certified by PsyAsia, Singapore. Apart from designing and running Assessment Centres, Abhay has also trained people to become assessors.
He is also certified on various psychometric tools such as MBTI®, 16PF, CPI-260™, 15FQ+, EUM, and FIRO-B®, and has used them for a variety of applications.
Abhay is also a practising Executive Coach. Some of his coaching work is linked to the development plans that emerge from the Development Centres set up by him. He employs tools like MBTI®, CPI-260™, and StrengthsFinder in many of his coaching engagements.
